The 2022 Margie and Robert E. Petersen NETRF Hybrid Research Symposium was held at the Battery Wharf Hotel on the beautiful harbor in Boston, MA on November 17-18, 2022. Our first hybrid Symposium was hugely successful and considered by many to be the best ever in terms of both scientific content and meeting venues.
The Symposium had over 300 in-person and virtual attendees and included over 60 presentations by NET researchers from around the world. Oral presentations were divided by NET topic focus, resulting in five sessions, each hosted by two moderators with talks covering basic, translational, and clinical research projects. Each of the talks was followed by a Q&A period, and each session ended with a panel discussion that included all session speakers and included questions coming from both in-person and online audiences.
A special Session was dedicated the formation of the new NET Models Consortium, that has been established to improve the development and distribution of NET models to the international research community.
Please note that some presenters chose not to post their presentations online following the meeting and have been respectfully omitted here.

The Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation is the world’s leading non-governmental supporter of research into the causes, treatments, cure, and prevention of neuroendocrine cancer. To further enable its important mission, NETRF convenes a premier Annual Scientific Conference for its funded investigators and select invited guests that aims to stimulate the open exchange of scientific information, to promote collaborations and to spark discussions of novel approaches to understanding and treating NETs. In an attempt to allow for an open discussion and sharing of unpublished data, NETRF requests that, as a participant in the annual NETRF Symposium (the “Symposium”), you commit to hold in confidence all Confidential Information (as defined below) sent in advance of, and presented at, the Symposium. To ensure such confidentiality, NETRF has created the following confidentiality policy and asks that you, as a party who will see and receive Confidential Information as an attendee and/or participant at the Symposium (a “Receiving Party”), sign this confidentiality agreement (“Agreement”), acknowledging that you have read, understand and
agree to the terms below. Furthermore, because photos and videos will be taken at the Symposium NETRF also requires attendee acceptance of its Media Release Policy, which is provided below, and requires your acknowledgement indicating that you have read, understand and agree to its terms.
