The Margie & Robert E. Petersen Neuroendocrine Cancer Research Symposium is the premier meeting bringing together the world’s leading scientists to share the latest advances in neuroendocrine cancer research. Designed as a focused, in‑person event, the Symposium fosters meaningful scientific exchange, cross‑disciplinary collaboration, and provides a welcoming entry point for early career investigators to connect with the broader community.

The 2026 Symposium will take place November 16–18 at the Hotel Commonwealth in Boston’s Kenmore Square. A poster session and welcome reception will kick off the program on Monday evening, and the Symposium concludes Wednesday by early afternoon, allowing time for travel.

Register for the Symposium

Registration is free, but advance registration is required. The Symposium is open to neuroendocrine cancer researchers, invited participants, and representatives of sponsoring organizations. Industry representatives interested in attending should contact NETRF about sponsorship opportunities before registering.

Submit Your Symposium Abstract

We strongly encourage attendees to submit abstracts describing current research in
neuroendocrine cancers for consideration as poster or oral presentations.

Abstract submissions are open to the broader research community; NETRF funding is not required. Current and recent NETRF-supported awardees are required to present their latest findings.

The late-breaking poster abstract submission deadline is October 27, 2026. We are no longer accepting abstracts for oral presentations.

Book Your Stay in Boston

Accommodations are available at a reduced rate of $339/night at the Symposium venue, the Hotel Commonwealth. We recommend booking early, as rooms at the group rate are limited.
