How NETRF Supports You
- Offer planning support and best practices tailored to your event goals
- Promote your event on our website, social media, and newsletters
- Provide materials like bracelets and print-ready collateral
- Supply templates, speaking points, and customizable outreach materials
- Supply templates, Offer an authorization letter and tax-exempt status documentation for sponsors points, and customizable outreach materials
Your Role as a Community Fundraiser
- Gather a planning team to help coordinate logistics and outreach
- Promote the event through social media, email, posters, or flyers
- Manage logistics: registration, ticketing, volunteers, vendors, and set-up
- Cover event costs (NETRF does not reimburse expenses)
- Ensure all donations are submitted within 45 days of the event
- Thank your donors and share photos or stories about your impact
- Follow our fundraising and branding guidelines to ensure alignment with NETRF’s mission
