Venue and Lodging

​​The meeting will be held at the beautiful waterfront InterContinental Boston hotel, conveniently located minutes from Logan International Airport, Boston’s historic North End, and the eclectic Seaport District. 

NETRF has a block of rooms reserved at the Intercontinental. We encourage you to book as soon as possible to take advantage of our special room rate. Discounted room rates are available for several days prior to and after the Symposium, subject to hotel availability. 

To reserve your room, click here. On the Intercontinental home page, click on BOOK NOW and put in dates. In the Rate Preference drop-down menu, click GROUP RATE, and put in code NTR to activate the discounted rate. You should see Neuroendocrine Tumor Research on the right side of the box when you select a room type.

Transportation

The Boston Logan Airport is conveniently located <30 minutes from the Intercontinental Boston hotel. Taxi service, Uber and Lyft are readily available from the airport, and you may also ride the Blue Line of the “T” (subway).

Meals

Your registration includes an opening reception with drinks and appetizers on Wednesday evening—a chance to visit with poster presenters and network with colleagues. Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided on both Thursday and Friday. 

Sightseeing

Boston offers attractions for every type of interest. A short walk will take you to one of the stops on the famous Freedom Trail, a self-guided history tour of the City. Other highlights include the Boston Common, guided bus tours of the City, and a host of museums. For information on area activities, the Boston Discovery Guide is a great resource.
