Jennifer is a versatile communications professional who has specialized in medical, healthcare, and research writing and communications strategies for more than 25 years. Her career includes 22 years with The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute, where she ultimately served as the director of Research Communications before branching out as a strategic communications consultant and writer for hospitals, health systems, research institutes, clinical research organizations, pharma, and medical communications agencies across the US and Europe. Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in English and mass communications from Towson University as well as master’s degrees in journalism from Temple University and biomedical writing from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She has additional training and certification in content strategy, clinical trial design and development, search engine optimization, and social media marketing.
