Deb joined NETRF in September of 2026 as Development Coordinator, drawing on over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector.   She has extensive experience in fundraising, event and volunteer management, and community outreach.

Most recently Deb was the Capital Campaign Project Manager for the Riverbend School, an independent Montessori school in Metrowest Boston.  She previously held roles as the Director of Development and Director of Community Outreach at Riverbend.  Deb also served as the Salute to Service Coordinator at the U.S.S. Constitution Museum, coordinating museum outreach and programs for veterans, service members and their families.

Deb finds great joy in fostering relationships with donors and community members, and thrives on creating new partnerships to expand mission outreach.

Deb obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics from Simmons University in Boston, MA.
