NETRF invites your participation in a special, upcoming holiday. National Doctor’s Day will be celebrated on Saturday, March 30th and it is a great opportunity to recognize someone who has cared for you or a family member.
For over twenty years, National Doctor’s Day has been celebrated as a day to express appreciation and gratitude to doctors who deliver compassionate care and guide patients through his/her NET experience. We are fortunate that more doctors are joining the NET field to deliver the specialized care that is needed. Many doctors not only see patients but also conduct NET research to move science forward to improve today’s treatments and ultimately find a cure for NETs.
Please consider participating in our National Doctor’s Day effort by making a donation today. With every gift to NETRF, we will send a notice to the doctor you have chosen to honor. Take this opportunity to recognize your NET specialist — surgeon, medical oncologist, nuclear medicine physician, or radiologist to say thank you to someone who has had a positive impact on your care.
If you do not have a physician you wish to recognize, you may wish to make your gift in honor of one of NETRF’s newest grantees. Your gift will support NETRF-funded research to continue our global impact. Please know that your gift will be MATCHED through the Spark Hope campaign, doubling the impact of your donation!
